In our nine years of operation we have worked at just about about every Exhibition/Conference Centre, Hotel and event in London. You don't have to worry about forwarding contractor passes as we have arrangements with most venues in London

Simply let us know the screen size needed, what you will need connecting and the delivery location/time. We deliver outside of normal hours and there is no extra charge for this service. For example if your event starts at 9am we normally aim to have the screen setup on your stand//place of presentation for around 8:30 to leave time for testing and adjustments. We can deliver earlier especially when more equipment is hired

As we are based in north central london we are ideally located to serve central London Hotels and Conference Centres. It is also advisable to use a local company in as in the case of equipment failure we would be able to replace items very fast. Please note that we have never had a piece of equipment fail but regularily get called out to help clients with their laptops. For events where P.A Systems are hired we strongly recommend that you hire one of our Technicians to stay onsite during the event
